"Kids Do Well If They Can": Co-Creating Solutions in Seattle Public Schools
The Seattle Special Education PTSA, in partnership with Seattle Council PTSA, Office of the Superintendent of Public instruction (OSPI), The Arc of King County, Roots of Inclusion, and All Youth Belong, is proud to welcome back Dr. Ross Greene to introduce his new book, The Kids Who Aren't Okay. Together, we'll explore how Collaborative & Proactive Solutions (CPS)—a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and state-endorsed approach—equips educators, families, and students to build schools where every child can thrive and strengthens the culture and partnerships that make lasting change possible.
All are welcome—Families, educators, school leaders, and district staff.
ASL and Spanish interpretation will be provided.

I am convinced that men hate each other because they fear each other. They fear each other because they don’t know each other, and they don’t know each other because they don’t communicate with each other, and they don’t communicate with each other because they are separated from each other.
— Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. from his 1962 address at Cornell College
