Now is the time. Now is the opportunity. To be a part of change, focus, and opportunity for Black students in SPS.

This is an opportunity to be in community with the Superintendent and each other.

Please take the time to register and complete the questions. This is important to help shape table questions and conversations. And help us with the food count.

Lunch & Learn: Upgrading Your PTA Financials (Paper to Digital)

As the school year winds down, we know that managing PTA finances can feel overwhelming—especially for units still relying heavily on paper-based processes and physical checks. If your PTA finds it challenging to transition to digital systems, we are here to support you.

Please join SCPTSA for an informal "Lunch and Learn" Office Hours session on Zoom. We will walk you through how to modernize your operations while keeping your audits watertight.

During this session, we will cover:

  • Going Paperless: How to set up a digital "two-signature" reimbursement process using Google Forms.

  • Accountability & Digital Archiving: Easy ways to compile approvals, receipts, and bank records into organized digital files.

  • Updating Bylaws: How to safely approve and introduce a PTA debit or credit card for easier building purchases.

Whether you are transitioning out of your role, stepping into it for the 2026-27 school year, or just want to pick up some best practices, please join us!

This meeting will also be recorded.
