Seattle Council PTSA encourages all local PTAs to consider participating in this year's program, regardless if your board has a Reflections Chair.
Local PTA leaders—we ask you to please answer a few short questions in an effort to better support our PTAs in bringing Reflections to more SPS students.

Reflections is a National PTA arts recognition program that helps students pre-K through grade 12
explore their own thoughts, feelings, and ideas
develop artistic literacy by describing how their art relates to a theme
increase confidence
find a love for learning that will help them become more successful not only in school, but in life
Students create original works of art in response to a theme. The theme for 2024-2025 is “Accepting Imperfection.” Entries are judged on creative ability and interpretation of the theme.
SCPTSA will be accepting entries in all categories — Literature, Music Composition, Photography, Visual Arts, Film/Video, and Choreography/Dance. Your school can choose to only accept works from certain categories. Each school can submit up to 12 entries, plus 4 special artist entries.
